GenePattern 3.7.0 has been released! 

3.7.0 (build 12335)  is available for use on our Public GenePattern Server,  via download and as an Amazon Machine Image (AMI)

New features include:

• Simplified Publication of modules from GenePattern to GPARC
• Enhanced File Input

We also made some user requested fixes and enhancements:

• Specification of URL for pipeline input parameter
• Allow server file path inputs to visualizer when GenePattern server and client are not running on the same system
• Eliminated run time errors that would occur when editing a provenance pipeline created from jobs with GenomeSpace input files
• Improved GenePattern SGE integration
