GenePattern servers hosted at the Broad Institute will be offline on Saturday, July 22nd, due to planned Broad IT system maintenance.

Please note that files loaded from the Broad Institute, and this website will also be unavailable for at least a portion of Saturday, as those files systems will also be down for maintenance. This means that some drop down menus may not display properly and example data on our website and in our documentation may not be available.

Due to the end of support for GISTICPreprocess by the authors, we have had to end support for the GISTICPreprocess module in GenePattern. This means GISTICPreprocess is no longer installed on any of our servers and is no longer available from any of our repositories.

Due to the end of support for GENE-E by the author, we have had to end support for the GENE-E module in GenePattern. This means GENE-E will no longer be installed on any of our servers and will no longer be available from any of our repositories.
For visualizing heatmaps and clusters we recommend HeatMapViewer, and HierachicalClustering, respectively.
For functions formerly performed by GENE-E, we suggest you try Morpheus. Please see their website for more information.
