Cloud Migration update: will stop running jobs at 5 PM ET on November 30, 2018

Posted on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 06:35PM by GenePattern Team

In our previous blog post, we announced that the public GenePattern server hosted by the GenePattern team will officially be migrated to the Amazon cloud: at the end of December 2018.

As the next step in this migration, will stop running jobs at 5 PM ET on November 30, 2018.

This effectively ends our support of the Broad-hosted server. Existing users will be able to log in only to retrieve any data or pipelines they wish to save before the server is shut down.

(please see our previous blog post for additional details)

Please note that there will also be system maintenance at the Broad Institute during the weekend of Dec 1 - 2, 2018, which may cause to be offline intermittently.

If you have any questions or comments, feel free to post contact us via our public forum.
