GenePattern 3.8.2

GenePattern 3.8.2 has been released! 3.8.2 (build 13519)  is available for use on our Public GenePattern Server,  via download and as an Amazon Machine Image (AMI)

New features include:

  • Improved file management in the Jobs and Files tabs; most notably, the ability to save your result files back to your Files tab
  • An improved Job Summary page

We also made some user requested fixes and enhancements:

  • Visualizers have been fixed for Java 7 - read our blog for more information
  • Improved the performance of large uploads via the Files tab
  • Size and date of uploaded files are now visible in the Files tab

We are continuting to work on updates to our documentation which reflect the latest version of GenePattern. That being said,  do let us know if you find anything to be out of date. We'll be happy to provide you with up-to-date information right away and update the page as soon as possible.
